Handmade Lace Doily
Made in Iasi, Romania by a mother and daughter still practicing the ancient traditions of hand work, this doily, in the pattern known as "Pasari", features a combination of crochet and bobbin lace stitches. Of particular note in this piece is the rope-like stitch typically seen in Romanian laces. Available in white or ecru, this 11" x 11" piece is beautiful draped over a sofa arm or accent pillow.
